Mr.Pratul Shroff
President & CEO

Pratul brings his formidable definition, vision and architecture skills to each project. He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from BITS - 1976, and a MS in Computer Engineering from Cornell - 1977. He has worked for 9 years at Intel and Daisy Systems. At Intel, he was one of the designers of the 80186 chip, fountainhead of the PC era. Spotting the synergy between Indian engineering talent and the requirements of the US market, he founded eInfochips in 1995 with just one engineer, working out of his home. Today, eInfochips operates with multiple Offshore Development Centers in India and offers solutions and services to global clients.

Raju Bhatt
Head Application Software/ennovate Technologies

Raju brings with him about 20 years of experience in Software Development and Delivery Management across technology platforms such as Java/J2EE, Unix/Oracle, and Mainframe etc. Prior to ennovate, Raju worked as Senior Delivery Manager at IBM India Pvt Ltd., Pune where he managed various Development, Enhancement, Maintenance & Production Support projects. During his tenure of eight years with IBM, Raju has had the opportunity to work on projects for IBM's Fortune 100 clients. He also managed a portfolio of large & complex applications for IBM Corporation.
An IBM Certified & PMI Certified Project Manager, he brings on table experience of world class software project delivery experience. Earlier in his career, he has held key positions in companies such as Intrak Software Systems Pvt. Ltd, Mahindra-British Telecom Ltd. and Applied Software Systems Pvt. Raju holds a Master's Degree in Science from Gujarat University.

Mr.Sribash Dey
Vice President North America Sales

Sribash brings with him twenty-two years of sales and business development experience. His last assignment was with Microland Limited as VP of US Operations. Prior to that, Sribash held the position of President - Sales, Net Brahma Technologies. He was also the Regional Director of HCL Technologies America, Inc. based out of Sunnyvale, CA. Under his leadership, HCL's business grew from 55 million to 90 million USD within two years. Before moving to the US in 1994, Sribash was with HCL-Hewlett Packard Limited where he worked between 1981 and 1994 and last served as the Regional Manager at Bangalore.

Nitin Deshpande
Regional Director - Sales

Nitin brings with him over 18 years of experience in Information Technology encompassing business strategies, business development, software development, project management and program management. Nitin started his career as a software engineer and grew into engagement manager for Tata Consultancy Services where he managed large outsourcing engagements from IBM, NASA and several Fortune 500 organizations. He joins us from 3i Infotech Inc, (which was formerly ICICI Infotech) where he held the position of Vice President, Technology Solutions Group.
Nitin has a Masters degree in Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute, Calcutta.He also has an MBA degree from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.

Mr.Sudhir Naik
Vice President Corporate Affairs

Sudhir manages International Sales. He is B.Sc. in Physics and BE in Electronics, Sudhir joined Jyoti Limited, one of India's foremost electrical engineering firms, and gained experience in R&D, Quality Control, Commissioning Engines, and Sales for over ten years. Subsequently, he joined a startup company in the area of industrial automation and power electronics in 1985 with the responsibility of building an all-India sales network and defining and implementing its corporate marketing strategy. In 1996, the company had reached sales volumes of Rs.400 million.
