The new software division will leverage its domain expertise in the software technology, collaboration, healthcare and web applications to address customer needs for development, maintenance and QA & testing.

Mr. Deshpande has been instrumental in starting business operations for several Indian outsourcing companies and established their outsourcing practice across Asia and USA.
